I had a sac of fluid to the upper-right of my knee. Quite large. Initially I had pulled my calf muscle and without realizing the extent of the pull, I continued to pursue my daily routine which consisted of morning workouts at the gym including “spin” class. Needless to say, I aggravated the whole situation. My leg became feverish, swollen and quite painful. The doctor diagnosed this as “possible” gout. It was only after the swelling went down did I notice the sac.

Upon searching myself for possible causes, I came across your site. Although it’s harmful, I believe, to diagnose oneself, bursa looked like a real possibility, and since it was a “natural” remedy, I didn’t think it would do any harm. I’ve had good results with other natural products, so why not give it a try.

After three days on the patch, I found that the sac pretty much dissolved. Was I going to heal anyway? Maybe. Was it the combination of natural healing and the stimulation of the patch? Maybe. In any event, I am now sac free.

Baker's cyst on both knees

I have been meaning to write you for some time now and tell you how great the OSMO patches have worked for me.

I have had Baker’s cysts over the past 4 years on both knees. My Orthopedic Specialist drained them numerous times, plus gave me cortisone shots. Baker's Cyst

I’ve had bakers cyst under my knee cap for 5 years and I’ve been in constant agony and haven’t been able to bend my knee for 5 years.

All my doctor could come up with was sticking needles under my knee cap, but 3 days on patches and it’s amazing swelling has almost gone, pain is a lot less and for the first time I will be able to get on floor and play with my grandson this christmas.

Baker's cyst

Hello Toky,

I used the patches for 5 nights on by left knee with bakers cyst and by the fifth time, the patch was dry- I then took that to mean that all fluid has been removed.

It’s been 2 days since that I have no pain, no more swelling at back of left knee, compared to my right knee they both feel/look the same size, which tells me they are normal sizes again.

General Bursitis

Toky, I am writing to you again because my husband wants to order additional patches. He says that they are amazing for his severe leg cramps. He sleeps through the night whereas before using the patches he would get up 3 or 4 times a night with cramping in his legs.

Baker's cyst

Dear Toky,

Thank you for your answer. My cyst is on the medial ventral surface of my knee. I have been placing the patches directly on top of the cyst, although it cannot be seen, but I know where it is from the ultrasound studies and the pain.

I believe the area is healing and am very pleased with your product. I keep losing my cane and that is a good sign and means I am needing it less every day.

Baker's cyst

Thank you for responding. I think I will save my last two patches in case I need them. Right now, I have such great improvement, I am no longer wearing the knee brace and I can walk up and down stairs with alternating feet. Have not done that for a while! Thanks again,

Bursitis in the hip

I have always been a very active person over the years. A couple of years ago I developed quite a discomfort in my left hip. I attempted to ignore it, but after much deliberation went to see a doctor. After scans it was diagnosed as bursitis. I went for cortisone injections twice, but it really did not ease the pain much.

After coming across the OSMO patch website, not having anything to lose, I immediately ordered 10 of the patches. I placed a patch on the affected hip for a total of three nights. I was absolutely stunned that after the third application, the pain in my hip had disappeared. It was a few weeks before I actually needed to reapply any more patches due to a small amount of pain returning. I assume that the problem will always be there, however, it is very comforting to know that the OSMO patches are available so that you can virtually live pain-free.
