I have an arthritic knee from playing American football and having an operation when I was 18. Going to a doctor to have it drained would cost me well over $220. Even a smaller amount of fluid in the front and back of the knee will throw it out of line and I know that I will need to get this knee replaced sometime into the near future. Since the time span that these new knees lasts is put at around 15 years, and you can only do this one time, it is in my best interest to find a way to prolong the knee replacement and save the costly doctor visits.
I tried the OSMO Patch about a 1-2 years ago, thinking it may be a gimmick, and is was no gimmick because it works. The pressure on my knee is lessened by morning and I can move around a lot better. I’m health conscious, watch what I eat, go to the gym 3-4 times a week and of course I work. It is important to be open to alternatives to the traditional doctor visit and the “give me a pill” attitude that most of the public has because we, as individuals, have to realize that we, not someone else, are the most interested in our own health.

I had a sudden case of Shoulder Bursitis, in fact, the Orthopaedic Surgeon said it was the most severe and immediate he had seen in years. He gave cortisone shot and Rx Narcotics that barely cut the pain. No sleep as pain worse at night. In my desperation for relief I searched the internet to […]

I have just started using OSMO patches on my hip and have had some significant relief after only two nights of use. I was wondering if they could also work on a large ganglion on a wrist? Sincerely,

Joint Pain & Swelling of Knee and Feet

Dear Toky, This is to follow up on my last email. After the 7th patch, the swelling began to go down. I did have to use all 10 patches, but by that time the swelling was gone and my elbow was back to normal. So the patches did work and I am completely satisfied. I […]

Hello, I have used your patches for my baker’s cyst. I started a while back, stopped, and found the cyst increased in size. I have now been using it again for 1 week and the discomfort of it is considerably reduced. The patches give such good relief.
