I had a probable torn miniscus, and had developed a baker’s cyst behind the knee from the injury. I am a very active 52 year old female who plays softball and ice hockey. I work full time as a middle school teacher also. I am currently training for the 3 day, 60 mile Susan G. Komen Walk for the Cure for Breast Cancer. I rarely am sitting down. Swelling in the knee & arthritic pain in the knee

Dear Danniel,

I completed the OSMO Patch treatment and have found it to be very beneficial in that it has eliminated the swelling in my knee and has minimized the arthritic pain also present in my knee.

Bursitis in the ball of the foot

Hi, I have had bursitis in the ball of my left foot for 2 months and it was suggested I have a cortisone injections. This freaked me out and decided to look online for a natural remedy and found these.

Knee problems

Dear Danniel,

I fell 1.5 meters landing on my patella. The pain was severe, after 2 weeks on crutches I was left with a fluid-filled bursa the size of half a golf-ball. I already had a swelling just below my kneecap for 5 years, and another specialist had thought this was probably a lipoma.

I’ve used 16 patches so far, in conjunction with acupuncture. The bursa began to shrink from the first patch, and is now almost gone. I’ve been able to return to my Taiji classes. What is more surprising is that the ‘lipoma’ also has almost vanished.

So, no invasive needle drainage for me, no surgery, and I’m recovering fast.

Joint Pain

Baker's cyst

Wow’, I cannot begin to tell you how ‘Wonderful’ IT IS to finally have relief from such a painful ordeal!!

I have used the OSMO Patch just twice, perhaps because it ruptured, it didn’t take as long for continued treatment to be SOOOOO EFFECTIVE, I AM so thrilled!!
