I got the patches yesterday evening. I have had five knee operations on my right knee and have arthritis. I also have a bakers cyst on the back of my knee and off to the front. I tried it last night and I was surprised at the results and it actually took away some of the swelling. I work out every other day and I think these will help.

These are honestly the best pain patches of them all. I have tried 4 other brands before finding the OSMO Patch. They don’t get rid of the pain, but they certainly make things bearable.
Hi Toky, the patches are starting to offer relief for my son’s heel. He is finally looking on the bright side.
Over the past month, he has had 2 drainages, 2 cortisone shots, and referred to 2 different specialists. The end result was either an operation to shave the bone, reattach the tendon and be off his game for a season…..not his option.
So I started the patches on him that night. The next day relief was evident. We have used 6 so far and he can now feel the bone in his heel. It is still red, but nowhere as bad. Still tender, but not as painful.

I used the patches for 5 nights on by left knee with bakers cyst and by the fifth time, the patch was dry- I then took that to mean that all fluid has been removed.
It’s been 2 days since that I have no pain, no more swelling at back of left knee, compared to my right knee they both feel/look the same size, which tells me they are normal sizes again.
