Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis . It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.

I am writing to sing your praises! I am not kidding. I was first diagnosed with a Baker’s cyst approximately three months ago. The pain became increasingly intense, so I finally made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. He explained that the cyst was most likely the result from a torn meniscus and that I would require surgery. Bakers Cyst on the knee

I hurt my knee quite severely when out bushwalking in the Mt Mitchell National Park. I hadn’t been doing much strenuous walking and on the way down I got a nasty pain in my knee.

This order is my second one…. I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact…. I’m 67 years old, and the next morning, I had pain behind my knees, then a large egg behind my left knee. I searched the internet, and found your website, and ordered the patches. They worked well to bring down the swelling. Then, I jumped up and down on a shovel, digging a ditch, and the swelling returned. I used up the rest of my patches, and the swelling went down.
