Caution:

External use only, do not apply over open wound or infection.
Do not use patch if you are allergic to seafood or shellfish.
Do not use the supplied adhesive if you are allergic to thermoplastic rubber; Styrene-isoprene-styrene rubber (SIS)
Do not use patch adhesive on extremely delicate or thin skin.
Do not use patches during pregnancy/breast feeding.
Do not use patches on children under thirteen years of age.
Keep patches and package away from children and pets.
Use patches only as directed.
Stop patch use if you have an adverse reaction or symptoms after or during use such as itching, dermatitis or an allergic reaction. Contact your Physician.
Do not open patches. If a patch is opened avoid getting the contents in your eyes or mouth.
Do not apply the patch directly to the eyes, mucous membranes, genitals, anus, external wounds or rashes.
The patches are for single-use only.
Test the adhesive strip on the skin prior to use overnight with the patches.
Do not use patches if you are allergic to the adhesive strip used to secure the patch.
Do not use if any of the protective plastic packaging containing each patch has been opened or damaged.
Can remove body hair upon removal due to adhesive.

Fluid on knee

I had a sac of fluid to the upper-right of my knee. Quite large. I continued to pursue my daily routine which consisted of morning workouts at the gym including ‘spin’ class. Needless to say, I aggravated the whole situation. My leg became swollen, and quite painful. It was only after the swelling went down did I notice the sac.

Upon searching myself for possible causes, I came across your site and since it was a ‘natural’ remedy, I didn’t think it would do any harm. I’ve had good results with other natural products, so why not give it a try.

Bakers cyst on the knee

Hi,

I got the patches yesterday evening. I have had five knee operations on my right knee and have arthritis. I also have a baker’s cyst on the back of my knee and off to the front.

I had my first Bakers Cyst about 10 years ago and unfortunately the left over patches are a bit past the used by date to treat the one I developed Tuesday night at tennis. Can’t wait for my order to arrive.

Hip bursitis

Hi Toky,

Thank you for the prompt delivery of Patches. They arrived early Tuesday morning.

My wife used one last night on her hip and was surprised to find this morning that it was damp. There was a marked decrease in pain in the bursitis area. Of course, it is far too early to judge results yet, but the signs are encouraging so early. We will let you know later how the treatment performs over time. The location in the hip area will be a very good test, being so deep-seated.

Hi, just a quick note that I feel I needed to write about the OSMO Patches. In September I tripped over while running and fell on my knee which left me with a fractured bone at the back of my knee which in turn ruptured my cruciate ligament. Although back on track now after various braces, crutches and hydrotherapy plus physiotherapy, it seemed I had gained a cyst at the back of my knee. This tight swelling really hindered my ability to improve and I looked to the internet for answers-where I found your advert

Although I had never heard of your product and neither had my physiotherapist, I decided to give them a try as they wouldn’t hurt even if they didn’t help. The day I woke up after the first patch I was really surprised. I didn’t say anything to my husband because I didn’t want to jinx the feeling I had! The tightness had lessened dramatically which meant I could walk as soon as I got up, not the usual stretch and wait for it to get going!! My physio noticed a difference the next visit as it was the first time I could get my leg flat and flex my foot slightly. The reduction in swelling and tightness was brilliant. Eight years ago I had a work place accident and injured my left shoulder. After extensive physio & sports rehab the doctors advised me to get cortisone injections. Not only was this a painful procedure, it didn’t work! I proceeded to have physio treatment off and on for the next 8 years, taking anti inflammatory medication for longer than I should have & resigning myself to the fact that I would have restricted movement and pain in my shoulder for the rest of the foreseeable future.
