OSMO Patch Guarantee Policy

While the OSMO patch works well for many people, as with any treatment regretfully there will always be some people that our patches won’t help. There could be a few reasons for this, such as; not adequately resting the injury and continuing to induce repeated stress, the patches could have been incorrectly applied or the injury has become very chronic resulting in some scar tissue forming over the area that’s obstructing the drainage process or continuing to cause flare-ups.

Whatever the reason we do appreciate that such a situation is very upsetting and thus this is why we have put together our No Questions asked Guarantee. (This Guarantee is exclusive to customers that purchase directly from our website)

We shall allow you to try up to 5 patches and after this time should you honestly feel the patches have not provided you any type of relief or help from your injury then just simply e-mail us at sales@osmopatch.com within 90 days of placing your order for the patches and you’ll be entitled to our No Questions asked Guarantee. This is a full refund on the purchase price of the patches (less the postage & handling cost).

IMPORTANT: As you will hopefully understand this Guarantee does not apply to either re-orders or orders greater than 2 Boxes of 10 patches (orders greater than 20 patches). In addition this Guarantee is exclusive to customers that purchase directly from our website and does not apply or extent to purchases made from other stores.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Items may be returned for any of the following reasons.

Claiming the No Questions asked Guarantee
Incorrect item received
Unable to use the patches due to medical reasons
Allergies

All returns will require a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) regardless of the reason.

The Return Authorisation Number (RA#) is obtained by emailing us at sales@osmopatch.com and quoting your purchase details together with one of the 3 reasons above. We shall also issue refunds for other reasons if they are reasonable.

Upon receiving your email request we shall then supply you with the return postage address together with the Return Authorisation Number. As soon as we receive the balance of your un-used patches together with the Return Authorisation Number we shall then immediately issue you with a complete refund (less the postage & handling cost).

We shall email you once we receive your returned item as well as confirmation of your refund to the email address provided at the time of the original purchase

Refunds will not include the original postage and handling fee unless there was an error on our part.
You will need to pay the postal fee for mailing it back to us.
All returns will need an Authorisation Number (RA#) (mandatory).
Refunds must be requested within 90 days of purchase
Whilst most refunds will be issued within 48hrs of receiving the return we ask that you please allow up to 7 business days for processing refunds.

Knee problems

Dear Toky,

Some time ago I corresponded with you and was duly sent 10 patches to try for bursitis of the knee. As I am a Carmelite Nun, our life is dedicated to prayer so kneeling is rather important!! I kept off the knee for a long time before trying the patches and found it helped to ease the condition, however, it still felt painful to kneel.

After using the first night, sure enough, there were signs fluid had been drawn off. The second night the same. The area became flat and normal. I have gingerly begun kneeling again with knee pads. However, I have noticed there is now no pain and the knee looks perfectly normal.

This was a couple of weeks ago, and I thought I would give it a good go to make sure before informing you of the patches’ success! So that is good news, and I am delighted.
